Tuiles
Tuiles are a baked wafer thin biscuit, generally arced in shape, whether thin, crisp, sweet, or savory, that is made most often from dough, often served as an accompaniment of other dishes.  But why stop at the traditional recipies - you can use these stencils for lots of things including chocolate, dusting, sprinkling and making impressions of dough, cake mixture and anything else you can think of.
