Ordering Online

We have invested lots of time in making the site easy to use, but we are always open to suggestion as to how we can improve our service.

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional 7-12 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal cheque. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods then send the item(s)back in their original packaging unused to us for a full product refund, (refund on carriage is discretionary). Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 7 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing. Refunds on carriage are not normally given if the products are returned for reasons such as, customer not present to receive goods; products are as described but customer changes their mind after delivery; goods damaged or used. This list is not exhaustive

Delivery Information

 IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR GOODS WITHIN 7 DAYS, PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL US. IF WE HAVE NOT HEARD FROM YOU BY DAY 21 AFTER ORDER, WE DO NOT OFFER RE-SENDING OR REFUNDS BASED ON NON-DELIVERY AFTER THIS TIME.

Our standard shipping method normally takes one - three working days (mon - fri). We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force and DPD Online  for our UK standard deliveries. If you are not in, Royal Mail or the Courier may put a card through the letterbox in which case you may have to collect or rearrange redelivery as per instructions on the card. If the item is returned to us by Royal Mail or Courier due to incorrect address or if you have not rearranged delivery, we reserve the right to recharge the delivery cost if you want the item to be resent to you.

Prices

Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

VAT

Stencils-r-us is registered for VAT  and VAT is included in the prices shown.  A VAT invoice is included with the order along with our VAT number.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).  It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
