These are great if you need to tap out the larger bubbles in your milk after you have frothed it.

You will find that the larger bubbles are the curse of stencilling on  coffee because the bubbles pop and disperse the chocolate.  All you need to do is to tap the jug on the mat and the larger ones will pop.
