We have invested lots of time in making the site easy to use, but we are always open to suggestion as to how we can improve our service.
We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Please allow an additional 7-12 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal cheque. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.
Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods then send the item(s)back in their original packaging unused to us for a full product refund, (refund on carriage is discretionary). Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 7 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing. Refunds on carriage are not normally given if the products are returned for reasons such as, customer not present to receive goods; products are as described but customer changes their mind after delivery; goods damaged or used. We will despatch your order within 24 hours of it being placed subject to, stock levels, company closure and bank holidays. If there is going to be a delay for any reason WE WILL CONTACT YOU.
Items can be delivered on our next working day service as long as they are ordered before 14:00 hours (mon - fri). IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR GOODS WITHIN 7 DAYS, PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL US. IF WE HAVE NOT HEARD FROM YOU BY DAY 21 AFTER ORDER, WE DO NOT OFFER RE-SENDING OR REFUNDS BASED ON NON-DELIVERY AFTER THIS TIME.
Our standard shipping method normally takes one or two working days (mon - fri). We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force and Fedex for our UK standard deliveries. Orders sent for next day delivery will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order. If you are not in, Royal Mail or the Courier may put a card through the letterbox in which case you may have to collect or rearrange redelivery as per instructions on the card. If the item is returned to us by Royal Mail or Courier due to incorrect address or if you have not rearranged delivery, we reserve the right to recharge the delivery cost if you want the item to be resent to you.
We can currently ship to Europe and North America, Austraila and New Zealand. Delivery costs will be shown in the shopping cart for these areas. If you live outside the UK, Europe, North America, New Zealand or Australia then please call us and we can tell you in advance whether we can ship to you
Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
Stencils-r-us is not registered for VAT and therefore no VAT is added to the prices shown.
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
